my life's mission is to radiate peace, joy, and love to others for the healing of the world.  i believe we each hold a piece of the puzzle to heal the world, and when we each bring our best gifts and talents, the kingdom of heaven is here.

another part of me would rather just have everybody like me or at least not hurt me. 

i nurture and soothe the scared part while living as authentically as i can in every moment.  i dance my dance and bless others as they dance theirs.

right now, i'm birthing a book i've written to support the everyday heroes who choose to use challenges as fuel to create their best lives, most especially people who live with chronic illness.

i also support individuals and groups in manifesting their best lives as a life coach, workshop facilitator, and inspirational speaker.

i am recovering from a 12-year experience with serious chronic illness and greatly enjoying using my energy to help others!

otherwise,  i read a lot about spiritual growth, nonviolent power, microfinance, and people-centered economics.  and i'm in love with life and treasure the gift of each day.

oh yes, and i'm healing.  each day i become more radiantly healthy as i learn to love myself as i love others.  (i'm a prodigy at loving others and had some remedial work to do on loving myself.)
